The barriers to employ disabled people are reducing, especially as mainstream technology incorporates more assistive features. But often employers don’t know what is available or where to go for help. Job seekers may also be unaware of what digital assistive tech solutions are available for them. In this session we will discuss how mainstream tech such as Artificial Intelligence, mobile phones and laptops can support people with access needs in employment.
