Details
The spread of misinformation and polarisation within organisational settings has the potential to significantly undermine team cohesion and DEI programmes. In this session we gain insight into the factors that influence the spread of polarisation and look at how organisations can protect their culture through development of critical thinking skills, and promoting constructive dialogue amidst differing perspectives.
Key outcomes include:
* Developing robust fact-checking protocols and information verification techniques to discern credible sources from misinformation.
* Implementing communication strategies that encourage open dialogue while respecting diverse viewpoints.
* Equipping employees with the tools and resources to navigate contentious topics effectively, fostering a culture of informed decision-making and collaboration in the workplace.
