Bystanders hold the potential to be catalysts for positive change, and this session will guide you through the process of crafting a campaign that equips individuals to recognize and intervene in situations of disrespect and discrimination. Learn how to implement targeted strategies to inspire an organisation-wide shift towards a safer, more inclusive environment.
Key outcomes:

* discuss ways to craft messages, visuals, and narratives that evoke empathy, spark conversations, and motivate individuals to take action;
