Terms and Conditions
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Emma Redfern (registration@conference.nz) in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, please note our policy below: Before Wednesday 10 October you will incur a $150 cancellation fee. From Wednesday 10 October there will be no refund, except at the discretion of the organising committee. Refunds will be notified and processed within one month following the Conference.
