Accommodation
Please follow the steps below to book your room:

  • Enter your preferred check in and check out dates and click Search.
  • The system will search all hotels on offer and display the rooms available for your selected dates.
  • The total cost of your stay will be displayed.
  • Please read the terms and conditions to ensure you are aware of cancellation policies.  These are listed under each hotel before booking your room.
  • To make your booking please select Book room.

Please note: If your search indicates the hotels are FULL, please select No Accommodaiton Required and email Rosanna rosanna@conference.nz with your preferred hotel and dates.  The hotel may not be full, your dates may fall outside the rooms held by the organisers.

Terms and Conditions
Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged.  All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the Hotel prior to departure. No invoice will be issued.

Credit card details are encrypted in the online registration system database and stored in an electronic vault. The payment service provider EventsAIR, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This means your card data is protected to the highest possible levels, from data entry into our online registration sites, through to payment into the banks. Nothing will be deducted from your card prior to the conference.

In case of your non arrival or late cancellation the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.

Summary

- All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of 15% GST. - Confirmation of registration is only upon full payment of registration fees - The organiser reserves the right to modify the contents of the programme - For onsite registrations, standard conference items are available only while stocks last - Professional photography and videography will take place during the event. By partaking in the event, you are consenting for the organiser to use the images for any form of publicity such as website, media and publication purposes. - Charges for cancellations of accommodation, particularly within one month of APAN46 will be subject to the discretion of the hotel concerned and your credit card may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel. - Registration can be cancelled up until 5th July, minus $150 handling fee. After that, full registration may be charged but this is at the discretion of the REANNZ committee.
