Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking. Your credit card will not be charged. These details are held purely to secure your booking. All accommodation costs are to be settled directly with the hotel on your departure.

Credit card details are encrypted in our database and stored in an electronic vault. In case of your non-arrival or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.

Terms and Conditions
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Emma Redfern (registration@conference.nz) in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, please note our policy below: Before Wednesday 24 January you will incur a $150 cancellation fee. From Wednesday 24 January there will be no refund, except at the discretion of the organising committee. Refunds will be notified and processed within one month following the Conference.
