Abstract format

• Do not insert any tables or figures as your abstract will be plain text, rather than an uploaded document
• Check spelling and grammar. Submitted abstract will be published on the symposiums' app - the abstract should, therefore, contain no errors
• Standard scientific abbreviations may be used - non-standard abbreviations should be included in parenthesis after the first use of the full word
• Do not indent paragraphs
• Present sufficient data to support conclusions - it is unsatisfactory to use statements such as "data will be presented" or "results will be discussed".

Please note; your abstract does not need to be research based. If you think delegates would like to hear about your experiences we would like to hear from you.

Terms and conditions

The decision to accept an abstract is at the discretion of the symposiums' programme committee. All symposium presenters (and co-presenters) must be registered to attend the symposium and are responsible for their own expenses (including but not limited to travel, accommodation and meals - except those provided as part of registration).
