You agree that your name, organisation, email address and other details your provide with subscription will be collected and stored by Conference Innovators, the CLPINZ secretariat. You agree that any errors made in typing your contact details during the subscription process are your responsibility. Should any details change, such as your email address, it is your responsibility to update us.

When you subscribe to the mailing list your contact details become part of our database. The database enables us to send you information about events, association information and relevant industry news. 

Only Conference Innovators and the Competition Law & Policy Institute of New Zealand have the rights and access to this database. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your contact details remain confidential at all times. We do not provide your details to any third party. 

You retain the right to ask us about your personal data at any time. Please contact us at clpinz@conference.nz with any enquiries you may have. You may at any time ask us to update or remove your contact details from our database. You can also unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained within the newsletters, doing so means you will no longer receive any further information about CLPINZ.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription at any time at our discretion. For instance, if your email address is not reachable after several attempts we may remove you from our subscription list.
