Should you need to cancel, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Conference Manager in writing (registration@conference.co.nz). If you are unable to arrange a replacement, the following cancellation clauses apply: 1. Up to 2 April 2016 – 50% refund of registration fee, tours refunded. $100 administration fee charged 3. After 2 April 2016 – no refunds
