Registration Fees

Delegate registration fee includes the conference programme, access to the exhibition area, lunches, morning and afternoon teas, welcome reception, opening ceremony, farewell reception and conference bag.

Student registration: A student is defined as a student or graduate under 35, who is either currently studying for a Bachelor, Masters or PhD Degree OR who graduated no earlier than 2012.

Day registration includes lunch, morning and afternoon tea for the specific day of registration.

Early bird registration is extended for members until 31 March.

Should you need to cancel, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Conference Manager in writing (registration@conference.co.nz). If you are unable to arrange a replacement, the following cancellation clauses apply: 1. By 2 February 2016 – full refund less administration fee of $100 2. On or after 3 February 2016 or up to 2 April 2016 – 50% refund of registration fee, tours refunded. $100 administration fee charged 3. After 2 April 2016 – no refunds
