Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration for the Endoscopy Masterclass, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Amika Van den Broek amika@conference.nz in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less a $50 administration fee will be made providing notification is received by 9 October 2026. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the New Zealand Society of Gastroenterology Executive.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Endoscopy Masterclass 2026 is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
Accommodation cancellations within 45 days of the event are subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies.
Conditions
The New Zealand Society of Gastroenterology and Conference Innovators reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.
Registrations received by Conference Innovators will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the Endoscopy Masterclass 2026 and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Disclaimer

Opinions expressed by speakers during their presentations are personal and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the Organising Committee and the New Zealand Society of Gastroenterology.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the New Zealand Society of Gastroenterology nor Conference Innovators covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the Endoscopy Masterclass 2026 or for theft or damage to belongings.
Liability
The New Zealand Society of Gastroenterology and Conference Innovators will not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates in the course of the Endoscopy Masterclass 2026. Nor will the New Zealand Society of Gastroenterology and Conference Innovators take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Endoscopy Masterclass 2026 or associated activities.
