Cancellation Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Amika Van den Broek at amika@conference.nz in writing. Accommodation cancellations within 30 days of the 30th ICDE 2025 World Conference are subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies. Conditions The International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE) and Conference Innovators reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others. Registrations received by Conference Innovators will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the 30th ICDE 2025 World Conference and will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Disclaimer All details are correct at the time of publication. The Organizing Committee and the International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE) reserve the right to change the programme and social functions at any time without notice.  Please ensure you register correctly under member or non-member. Should you select the member registration rate you will be contacted by the ICDE to either become a member.
