Cancellation Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Amika Van den Broek at amika@conference.nz in writing. Accommodation cancellations within 30 days of the 30th ICDE 2025 World Conference are subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies. Conditions The International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE) and Conference Innovators reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others. Registrations received by Conference Innovators will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the 30th ICDE 2025 World Conference and will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Insurance Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE)  nor Conference Innovators covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the 30th ICDE 2025 World Conference or for theft or damage to belongings. Liability The International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE) and Conference Innovators will not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates in the course of the 30th ICDE 2025 World Conference. Nor will the International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE) and Conference Innovators take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the 30th ICDE 2025 World Conference or associated activities. Photography While attending the conference you may be photographed. By registering for the 30th ICDE 2025 World Conference, you agree to these photographs being used for promotional purposes. If you don’t give permission for the International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE) or Conference Innovators to use images or video footage for this purpose please accept the conditions as read and contact Amika Van den Broek amika@conference.nz.
