Film Night - Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Purchase
Tickets to the Film Night are available to registered conference attendees, accompanying guests and non-conference attendees, as specified by the conference organisers. A valid ticket is required for entry.
2. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may not be resold. If you are unable to attend, please contact the conference organisers to discuss whether your ticket can be transferred to another eligible attendee.
3. Data Processing
Your data is held and processed by Conference Innovators. Your data will be removed following the conclusion of the Film Night.
4. Payment
Payment is taken by credit card only. Credit card service fees apply; 2.6% for Visa/Mastercard and 4.0% for American Express. ‘Conference Innovators Ltd’ will appear on your credit card statement.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Tickets are refundable up until Sunday 1 November 2026. From Sunday 1 November 2026, tickets are non-refundable, including in the case of no-shows. If the Film Night is cancelled by the conference organisers, any applicable refund will be communicated to ticket holders. .
6. Event Details
The conference organisers reserve the right to amend the film(s), venue, date, time or other event details where circumstances outside their control require a change. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered attendees where practicable.
7. Entry Requirements
Attendees must comply with any entry requirements, security procedures and venue conditions. The organisers and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate or poses a risk to others.
8. Film Classification
The film(s) shown will be subject to the applicable classification and/or age restrictions. Attendees are responsible for ensuring they meet any applicable age requirements.
9. Alcohol and Food
Where alcohol is served, responsible service practices and the venue's liquor licence conditions will apply. Attendees must comply with all venue requirements relating to alcohol and food.
10. Accessibility
If you have accessibility requirements or require assistance to attend the Film Night, please advise the conference organisers at the time of registration or as soon as possible before the event so that reasonable arrangements can be made.
11. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. The conference organisers and venue accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items, except where required by law.
12. Photography and Filming
Photography and/or filming may take place during the event for conference-related promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or recordings unless you advise the conference organisers otherwise.
13. Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately and to follow the reasonable directions of conference organisers, venue staff and event personnel.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the conference organisers are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from attendance at the Film Night, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Film Night, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable venue requirements.
