Accommodation

The Conference has reserved rooms in two Rotorua hotels.  Please follow the steps below to book your room:

  • Enter your preferred check in and check out dates and click Search. 
  • The system will search all hotels on offer and display the rooms available for your selected dates. 
  • If your requested dates/and or preferred hotel shows FULL, please email rosanna@conference.co.nz for assistance. 
  • The total cost of your stay will be displayed but all costs are to be settled directly with the hotel on your departure. 
  • Please read the terms and conditions to ensure you are aware of cancellation policies.  These are listed under each hotel.

Summary
Terms and Conditions
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Conference Manager in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $50.00 will be made providing notification is received by 16th February 2018. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
