Attendance entitlement - all conference sessions, conference materials, social functions, morning & afternoon teas, lunches.

Non member
Attendance entitlement - all conference sessions, conference materials, social functions, morning & afternoon teas, lunches.
$250
Day registration
Attendance entitlement - that day's conference sessions,
social function for the day, conference material and day catering.
All amounts are in NZD and are inclusive of Goods and Services tax (GST) at 15%.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancellation policyShould you be unable to attend, a substitute is always welcome at no extra charge. Please notify Mandy Train, mandy@conference.nz in writing. A full refund, less an administration charge of $100.00, is given for cancellations received in writing by 22 October 2020. After this date, any refunds will be at the discretion of the organising committee. If the organising committee has to cancel the conference in circumstances beyond their control, all registration fees will be refunded in full.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind for attendees. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the IVNNZ nor CI covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the IVNNZ conference or for theft or damage to belongings.
Liability
IVNNZ and CI will not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by an attendee in the course of the IVNNZ 2020 conference, nor will the IVNNZ and CI take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the IVNNZ 2020 conference or associated activities.
