Travel & Accommodation

If travelling by car you may be entitled to reimbursement.
Please carpool where able. Those travelling by car long distances should share one vehicle (as per Ministry guidelines).
Claim forms will be made available electronically accompanied by guidelines for inclusion/exclusion.
Flights will be booked for same day travel allowing for transfer time at either end of the day.
Accommodation is available for those where flights are for night prior or if travelling by car is outside the region (over 1.5 hours travel time).

Prior to the event the following will happen:

For those who requested flights Conference Innovators will make the reservation and email your e-ticket. Please do not make your own reservations and note that changes will incur a cost to participant. 

Transfers and accommodation (as required) will be organised by Conference Innovators. 

One week before the event a full confirmation letter will be emailed to you detailing the following:
  • Venue address 
  • Accommodation (if applicable) 
  • Agenda /programme 
  • What to bring 
  • Claim form with guidelines (inclusions/exclusions) 

Post event you will be mailed a link to access support and presentation items.
