Cancellations or amendments made within 30 days of the intended arrival date may be charged full fees. Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged. All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the Hotel prior to departure. If you wish to request an invoice for prepayment from the hotel please contact leanne@conference.nz. If you are booking on behalf of the attendee and wish to charge the accommodation to your organisation or a credit card please contact leanne@conference.nz to arrange.
