Top 10 Holiday Park
The Network is offering a number of complimentary rooms at the Top 10 Holiday Park, for students that are a member of the respective rural health clubs – Matagouri, Country Scrubs, Grassroots or Wellington Medical Students' Association. For more information please get in touch with your club president. 

The Top 10 Holiday Park is the preferred accommodation for all students attending the conference, as we hope that having the majority of students in one location will encourage you to network and looks at opportunities to collaborate and learn from eachother. Please phone the Top 10 Holiday Park directly to secure a space, please ensure you mention you are with the National Rural Health Conference.

Summary
Terms and conditions
Registrations cannot be shared. Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to Conference Innovators. Registration cancellations received in writing before and including Thursday 7 February 2019 will receive a full refund less an administration charge of $150. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, your registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Charges for cancellations of accommodation, particularly within one month of the Conference, will be subject to the discretion of the hotel concerned and your credit card may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.
