Summary

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your interview site, please notify in writing to Brooke Miller via email. A full refund less an administration charge of $50 will be made providing notification is received by Thursday 17 July 2025. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of NZDA. 

Conditions
NZDA and Conference Innovators reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.

Interview site bookings received by Conference Innovators will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by Thursday 17 July 2025. Non-payment by the due date will be taken as a cancellation.

Subletting or sharing of interview sites is not permitted. A maximum of two interviewers per site. 

NZDA reserve the right to decline an application for an interview site.

Employers agree they will not arrange meetings outside the Employment Fair or any social events on Friday 22 or Saturday 23 August 2025 with, or for final year dental students or 2023/2024 graduates who are registered to attend the Employment Fair.

By completing this form, you have given your consent for us to store your personal data. Your personal data will be retained by Conference Innovators and NZDA for up to 24 months after the conclusion of the Employment Fair.

Disclaimer
All details are correct at the time of publication. NZDA reserve the right to change the programme and social functions at any time without notice.

Insurance
The interview site registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for personal travel, accommodation, and personal possessions. Neither NZDA nor Conference Innovators covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the Employment Fair or for theft or damage to belongings.

Liability
NZDA and Conference Innovators will not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by students in the course of the Employment Fair. Nor will NZDA and Conference Innovators take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Employment Fair or associated activities.

Photography
NZDA employs an official conference photographer and videographer. NZDA may wish to use images or video footage taken by the photographer or videographer for future promotion. If you don’t give permission for NZDA to use images or video footage for this purpose please contact Emma Prattley via email.
