Summary

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another final year dental student prior to Wednesday 9 April 2025. Please notify in writing to Brooke Miller via email. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $50 will be made providing notification is received by Wednesday 9 April 2025. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of NZDA.

If, for reasons beyond NZDA’s control or for reasons of delegate health and safety, the Employment Fair is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Conditions
NZDA and Conference Innovators reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.

Registrations received by Conference Innovators will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by Wednesday 9 April 2025. 

Non-payment by the due date will be taken as a cancellation.

Disclaimer
All details are correct at the time of publication. NZDA reserve the right to change the programme and social function at any time without notice.

Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for personal travel, accommodation, and personal possessions. Neither NZDA nor Conference Innovators covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the Employment Fair or for theft or damage to belongings.

Liability
NZDA and Conference Innovators will not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by students in the course of the Employment Fair and Conference & Expo. Nor will NZDA and Conference Innovators take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Employment Fair and Conference & Expo or associated activities.

Photography
NZDA employs an official conference photographer and videographer. NZDA may wish to use images or video footage taken by the photographer or videographer on the NZDA Conference & Expo website or to promote future conferences. If you don’t give permission for NZDA to use images or video footage for this purpose please contact Emma Prattley via email.
