Please note: if you are a returning exhibitor from previous years, you will need to create a new booking account for 2026.

Important information:

• Stands are allocated on a first-in, first-served basis.

• The expo will be open to registered Congress delegates on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 August.

• All Congress catering will be served within this area.

• To support attendance at the NZ Dental Congress 2026, sponsors, exhibitors, and any companies represented on your stand agree not to stage educational courses, seminars, sales or marketing events targeting NZDA, NZOHA and NZIDT members during the blackout period 30 July – 12 September 2026 (four weeks prior to and two weeks following the Congress).

• Subletting your space is not permitted without NZDA's written approval. NZDA reserves the right to decline any exhibition application for the 2026 Expo at its sole discretion.
