Credit card details are encrypted in our database and stored in an electronic vault. In case of your non arrival or late cancellation the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.

Summary
Terms and Conditions
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to Conference Innovators. Registration cancellations received in writing before and including Thursday 30 August 2018 will receive a full refund less an administration charge of $150. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Charges for cancellations of accommodation, particularly within one month of the conference, will be subject to the discretion of the hotel concerned and your credit card may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.
