NZSO delegates have the opprotunity to attend a morning session on Sunday focussed on Onco-immunology and co-hosted by the New Zealand branch of the Australasian Society of Immunology (NZASI). This session is being held at the Rydges Queenstown.

If you would like to attend this session please indicate below, there is no charge to attend the morning session. 

If you intend on attending the entire NZASI programme (not just the Sunday morning session) you will need to register for this meeting separately.

Accommodation
To assist with your accommodation, exclusive rates have been secured at the Copthorne Hotel.

All accommodation bookings can be made via the conference registration process until Friday 22 June as long as there are rooms available.

Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged.  All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the Hotel prior to departure. No invoice will be issued.

Credit card details are encrypted in the online registration system database and stored in an electronic vault. The payment service provider EventsAIR, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This means your card data is protected to the highest possible levels, from data entry into our online registration sites, through to payment into the banks. Nothing will be deducted from your card prior to the conference.

In case of your non arrival or late cancellation the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.

Summary
Terms and Conditions
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to Conference Innovators. Registration cancellations received in writing before and including Friday 20 July 2018 will receive a full refund less an administration charge of $150. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Charges for cancellations of accommodation, particularly within one month of the conference, will be subject to the discretion of the hotel concerned and your credit card may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.
