Accommodation

Please follow the steps below to book your room:

• Enter your preferred check in and check out dates and click 'Search'.
• The system will search all hotels on offer and display the rooms available for your selected dates.
• Please read the terms and conditions to ensure you are aware of cancellation policies. These are listed under each hotel before booking your room.
• To make your booking please select 'Book room'.

Should you wish to extend your stay outside the dates on offer or the dates are showing FULL please book your accommodation then email Rosanna rosanna@conference.nz with your extended dates.

Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged. All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the Hotel prior to departure. No invoice will be issued.

Credit card details are encrypted in the online registration system database and stored in an electronic vault. The payment service provider EventsAIR, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This means your card data is protected to the highest possible levels, from data entry into our online registration sites, through to payment into the banks. Nothing will be deducted from your card prior to the conference.

In case of your non arrival or late cancellation the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.

Summary
Terms and Conditions
Should you need to cancel your attendance, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Event Manager in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund, less an administration charge of $200.00, will be made providing notification is received by 1 August. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of PMAANZ and will be processed after the conference. If, for any reasons beyond the control of PMAANZ, the Conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Submission of your registration indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions above. If, for any reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after dedcution of expenses already incurred.
