Accommodation
Your credit card will not be charged. These details are held purely to secure your booking. All accommodation costs are to be settled directly with the hotel on your departure.

Credit card details are encrypted in our database and stored in an electronic vault. In case of your non-arrival, or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.

Summary
Terms and Conditions
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Emma Redfern (registration@conference.nz) in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, please note our policy below: Before Monday 5 March you will incur a $100 cancellation fee. From Tuesday 6 March there will be no refund, except at the discretion of the organising committee. Refunds will be notified and processed within one month following the Conference. By confirming these details and purchasing my registration and/or other related items.
