Kia ora
Ngā mihi nui ki a koutou.
Nau mai, haere mai!

Monday 4th May

I hope you and your whānau are all well and staying safe in your bubble at this time.

As a committee we have really enjoyed meeting together over the last year to plan our upcoming conference. Unfortunately there are just some things we can’t plan for, and the unwelcome arrival of our uncertain new reality of Covid-19 is one of those things.

As a committee we have discussed options with our conference planners and NZAC and have made the reluctant call to postpone our conference until 17-19th November of 2021.

There is uncertainty of what the remainder of 2020 will look like and if we would be able to gather together for a large event by November, therefore it seems sensible to push back our dates and plan for conference at the end of next year.

As a committee we are still committed to continuing to plan and deliver an outstanding conference and will be approaching our speakers to see if they can also make themselves available.

We have been asked about leaving the registrations open as we know some of you have already factored the conference in this year's budget so we will be in touch as soon as registrations open with an EARLY early-bird rate.

Kia haumaru te noho whānau

Mauri ora ki a tātou katoa
