Terms and conditions

By submitting this sponsorship application, I acknowledge and understand that, if my application is approved, the Otago Community Trust (via the Conference) will reimburse my registration fee, travel expense, and accommodation cost for attending the conference, up to a maximum total value of $1,500 (including GST). I consent to my personal details being shared with the Otago Community Trust, Conference Innovators, and the Hauora Taiwhenua Rural Health Network for the purpose of reviewing and processing my application.

Condition of acceptance: I agree to provide a written report (using the provided template) detailing my experience at the Rural WONCA Conference 2026 and receipts or proof of purchase documents to Amika Van den Broek, amika@conference.nz by 11.59pm NZST, Friday 15 May 2026, to be reviewed by both the Hauora Taiwhenua Rural Health Network and the Otago Community Trust to facilitate reimbursement.
