*To encourage Young RMLA participation, this fee has been discounted by 50% off the member registration fee. This discounted fee will be limited to one registration per firm or person and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Young RMLA is for those in the early stages of their resource management careers (up to 5 years’ experience).
**Up to 12 places are available for a subsidised registration for confirmed members of the RMLA Academic Advisory Group. Subsidised registration applies to the business sessions of the Conference and excludes tickets to the Taste of Canterbury, and Conference and RMLA Awards Dinner.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Conference manager in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a $150 cancellation fee will be made provided notification is received by Thursday, 8 August. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the organising committee. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organising committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
Subsidies
A limited number of subsidised places are available for NGO and iwi delegates (total registration cost reduced to $240.00) and students (total registration cost reduced to $120). Subsidies apply to the business sessions of the Conference and exclude the Taste of Canterbury Function and Conference RMLA Awards Dinner.
Places will be allocated after consideration of a written application to the Conference Committee, at the Committee’s discretion, having regard to the following criteria:
