REDWOODS MOUNTAIN BIKE

One of the oldest mountain bike networks in the country, with master crafted trails, unbeatable riding surfaces, well-draining volcanic soils, varying topography and fantastic scenery. It is no wonder Rotorua is renowned among mountain bikers as a premier riding destination.

With around 130km of continually evolving trails, there is something to cater for all levels of rider.

COSTS: Option one $40, includes lunch and return transportation from Mount Maunganui. Option two $15, includes lunch.

FISHING TRIP – FATBOY CHARTERS 

Approximately a 9-hour trip.  Limited to 5 people.

Join your host Russ for a day out in the fabulous Bay of Plenty.  The boat ‘Fat Boy’ is an AMF heavy duty alloy boat of 7.2m, is soft riding and stable.  The boat can cruise at 20 knots in most conditions and can therefore give the fisher person more time to do what they came for, that is, to catch fish. www.fishingchartertauranga.co.nz

This fishing experience is limited to 5 people only and is on a first in first served basis.

Cost:Trip, bait and lunch: $200

Rod and tackle hire if required: $25
