Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Raewyn Tse raewyn@conference.nz in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $100 will be made providing notification is received by Friday June 26. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the School Counsellors' Conference is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Accommodation cancellations within 45 days of the insert event name are subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies.

Conditions

NZAC and Conference Innovators reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others. Registrations received by Conference Innovators will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the insert event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Disclaimer

All details are correct at the time of publication. The Organising Committee and the NZAC reserve the right to change the programme and social functions at any time without notice. Opinions expressed by authors in their abstracts and during their presentations are personal and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the Organising Committee and the insert host organisation.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the NZAC nor Conference Innovators covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the School Guidance Counsellors' or for theft or damage to belongings.

Liability

NZAC and Conference Innovators will not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates in the course of the insert event name. Nor will NZAC and Conference Innovators take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the insert event name or associated activities.
